We used high performance insulation materials such as polyurethane and double glazing to insulate the walls and windows. The heating and cooling system was upgraded with state-of-the-art heat pumps.
The building is equipped with an integrated HVAC system that ensures excellent temperature and air quality conditions. In addition, we installed a photovoltaic panel system and a BEMS to monitor and manage energy consumption.
